Timeline filters and informations are available in this form.
Start Time and End Time
Begin and End of the timeline found in the file are shown here. Times can be modified, thus data in a time frame can be analyzed.
Averaging
Up to 24 data sets can be combined. The wind direction will be evaluated together with the wind speed as a complex number. The resulting vector shows the average transport direction.
Latitude, Longitude and Time zone
These parameters are needed to calculate the dispersion categories, when not present in the current file format. The information is looked up via the 5 digit station number in the file WeatherStations.txt. The file has to be extended by the user, if a station is not known.
