P&K MPI

Verifikation nach VDI 3945 Blatt 3

In folgender Gegenüberstellung sind die Verifikationsrechnungen (a2k-2.4.7-verification_de.zip) mit dem AUSTAL2000-Programm (a2k-2.4.7-programs-windows_de.zip) und unserem austalMPI.exe berechnet worden und mit den Programmen (verfi*.exe) aus a2k-2.4.7-programs-windows_de.zip ausgewertet worden. Die so erzeugten Ergebnistabellen sind unten gegenüber gestellt.

Wie man unten sehen kann gibt es durchaus Abweichungen bei den verschieden kompilierten Versionen von AUSTAL2000, jedoch sieht man auch das die von uns modifizierte Variante (wm-x; 1 core) extakt die gleichen Ergebnisse liefert wie die Varianten wi-x. Die Abweichungen zwischen wi-x vs. wg-0 lassen sich auf programm-interne Rundungsunterschiede zurückführen und liegen sicherlich im Rahmen der statistischen Unsicherheit. Auffällig ist das bei Verwendung von vier Cores die statistische Unsichertheit kleiner wird, welches darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass mehrere Zufallsgeneratoren benutzt werden (4) und die Verifikationsrechnung mit nur sehr wenigen Teilchen durchgeführt wird.

P&K MPI und damit austalMPI.exe rechnet bei Benutzung von einem Core mit SD=1000 und ist somit identisch zur wi-x Version von AUTSTAL2000. Bei Benutzung von mehreren Cores (N) wird mit N Folgen von Zufallszahlen gerechnet und es kommt somit zu Abweichnungen, die auch entstehen wenn man nur SD anders wählt..

Zitat AUSTAL2000 Dokumentation: "sd (1) Anfangszahl des Zufallszahlengenerators (Standardwert 11111). Durch Wahl einer anderen Zahl wird eine andere Folge von Zufallszahlen generiert, so daß in den Ergebnissen eine andere Stichprobe vorliegt."
