P&K TAL2K

Multi-Core

Calculation will run with almost 2-fold (Dual Core) or 4-fold (Quad-Core) the speed.

Cluster

Calculation will run up to 16-fold the speed. (Requires multiple networked sufficient PCs; Special Installation knowledge required.)

P&K austal2000 translator

austal2000 english

Translates austal2000 or taldia log files or their output into English.

Just open such a log file, using the windows program pk_ATtrans.exe, and you can read the English translation. You can toggle between English (en-us) and German (de), if you need the German for e.g. support reasons.

We have created this program to help you read the output of austal2000 and taldia. We have translated the texts from the program sources to our best knowledge and understanding. It must be pointed out, that the formal language for these programs is German and that we had to match the German grammar to accommodate embedded values, which in some circumstances might sound awkward.

This program comes with a wrapper program (pk_at2ktr.exe) for our MPI extension, which translates the austal2000 or taldia output directly at the console window during the calculation. The wrapper can also be used standalone with following DOS commands to get a simultaneous translation of a calculation or translation of a log file including a DOS character set translation.

austal2000.exe workdir | pk_at2ktr.exe
taldia.exe workdir | pk_at2ktr.exe
type austal2000.log | pk_at2ktr.exe
